Dissatisfied ”

Staff was extremely noisy during the night. I couldn't sleep, as they were up and down past my room, Room nr 3, the whole night. Slamming doors, watching TV and talking loud until 00h30, and that after I've asked Zee, the receptionist, to please make sure there are silence after 22h00. You are dead tired trying to get through the day with very little sleep. Will most definitely not stay at this Guesthouse again. It's actually a pity as the rooms are great and clean. Location were excellent as I had to be at Urban Brew Studios daily. 😢. The owner of this facility should train his staff to be more considerable towards the guests.

Very good”

The place was clean, there's everything you need in the room. If you travel for business you WILL NOT get a good night's sleep. The staff are terribly noisy at night, up and down the passage, slamming doors, talking loud till 00h30 in the morning. I will most definitely not stay at this Guesthouse again as you are tired the whole day. The owner of this facility should train his staff to be quiet at night time.

Disappointed ”

I was very disappointed, I booked on the 3rd of October booking for the weekend of the 8th of October, surprisingly when u got to the lodge on Saturday I was told that Prudence the lady who was on duty forget to book for me, so room where finished. And the lady who helped me on Saturday made the situation a laughing matter than for her to be apologizing. I was really disappointed for I had to look for a different place , whilst I had booked in time at your lodge
