Pleasant Surprise”

Alicia Apartelle surprised us beyond our expectations. The staff couldn't have been better, the entire building is ultra clean, and the WiFi works extremely well. Also the pool and gym are immaculate. The parking is underground protecting any vehicle you may have. This has been our absolute best experience in a hotel in Cebu and there's been many. I highly recommend Alicia Apartelle.

A Great Value Hotel”

I always stay in 3 star hotels whenever I'm in Cebu because I usually spend my time outdoors. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Alicia Hotel since it doesn't look like a regular 3 star hotel for the price I paid for. The hotel is new, the rooms offer more amenities than a regular hotel room and the hotel staff are friendly. Although the hotel is still in soft opening phase, it offers enough facilities to make the stay very comfortable. I will definitely consider staying in this hotel for my next vacation in Cebu.

the place, location, cleanliness is absolutely excellent... the breakfast is quite okey but not so bad either, takes little bit time but it was good (maybe not excellent). its a kids friendly hotel as well and peaceful. you also feel safe in the hotel actually... thank you for your help alicia apartelle when my husband collapse at the elevator, and thank you for the free ride offer to the hospital ( though we didnt went to the hospital coz we are out of time for our flight the next day but i really appreciate it) and thank you for the free paracetamol... :) highly appreciated!

Good place to stay”

Very convenient and strategic location. Accessible to everything. We booked a room with free breakfast buffet. It’s spacious, with hair dryer and iron available. There’s a pool where you can relax and hang out. There’s also a laundry shop at the other building (Alicia Apartelle).

Outstanding in every way”

There’s more to like than dislike about this apartelle. I love everything about it. Their courteous staff, clean units, yummy breakfast, too bad we did not get to try out their pool.. the only con: it is situated in the busy Banilad. Traffic is horrendous! But, BTC is just across the street where you can find almost anything! I would still suggest driving to BTC tho, I don’t think I can cross any street in Cebu by walking tbh

Amidst the covid-19 pandemic.... the hotel was more than willing to refund with no additional fees and cancellation charges. I would always recommend the kind of service they always bring to the table. More power to you Alicia Apartelle!

Best hotel in Cebu!”

Having stayed at 8 different hotels in Cebu, i can say that Alicia is by far the best, and the one i will always return to. New, fresh, clean, friendly, good atmosphere, big pool, big gym, big breakfast, first class all the way.

Sadly deteriorated”

Much to my dismay, the management have decided that penny-pinching is the way to success with Alicia Apartelle. The a la carte menu is no more - replaced by a much inferior buffet, the adobe is now tough, even including chicken necks!! no more fresh juices, some radioactive looking chemical punch instead - the coffee, now served from an urn, was hugely over-extracted (luckily a bo's coffee is over the road - so we went there for breakfasts instead of the free one). The laundry room and gym are no longer free, but chargeable & need to be booked. With all of these changes, sad to say, Alicia Apartelle no longer represents the same good value that it did...

Ive stayed at ALICIA for like almost once or twice a month.. they never disappoint.. staffs are great, also at the top for cleanliness. always grant my request for highfloors and city view. room is spacious and clean and whites. maybe the breakfast i should say they can improve a little bit. because of the pandemic they only serve a check list for the breakfast that they will serve in your room like in a hospital but overall 9 out of 10..

Great place for families or groups”

It was the perfect place to stay in Cebu City. A bit far from the center but great when you want to be away from the frenzy in the city. It's also located near a mall with many restaurants and a supermarket. Our unit was very comfortable, two spacious bedrooms with en-suites. We could cook inside and even do the laundry. Very good value !

Value for money”

generally always convenient to book a room here if in cebu due to location and services but always be vigilant about checking damaged or missing items located in the room rented. take photos and report damages evrytike to avoid charges that were never the renters fault

We travelled from Australia for a wedding. Our stay at Alicia Apartelle was very pleasant, good location with plenty of shops & places to eat within walking distance. Reception staff were always helpful, thank you for having us...

Great value for money”

My stay at Alicia was nothing short of great. The room was spacious and comfortable. Although you can tell that it is not up there with more expensive hotels, I believe that I got much more than what I paid for during my stay. The staff was always willing to help answer any and all of our questions. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, the staff helped us plan our tour of the city to ensure that we can maximize our time. They were also willing to accommodate all of our requests without asking twice. It was really great that the Alicia staff was always nice and friendly. Cheers and keep up the great work!

Pool, gym, fitness classes, in-house restraunt, friendly staff who remember you even if they haven't seen you in months, and an overall professionally run operation that achieves a standard of service you might find in Japan, or high-end U.S. hotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cebu.

Loved the facilities!”

We stayed there for five nights after being in Bohol for a few weeks. Perfect place to touchdown after a strenuous life on the beach. Alicia's staff were on point! We will stay there again if ever in Cebu.

Very nice place in Cebu!”

The only negative of the Apartelle is Gaisano's basketball court/bowling alley behind it. Late night games and parties can be very noisy even on the 9th floor. Otherwise it was an excellent choice for a place to stay!
