              Cleanliness is good. Room is quiet small but suffice for 2 pax. We got the deluxe single room for 2 pax and found out that bfast is only for 1 pax. But the receptionist, Fil made a difference in giving us a superb service. Thank you Alchan...

              Hospitable staff ”

              The staff were really hospitable and accommodating from day one to check out date. They constantly would ask the things you need inside your room. Owner was there once in a while and is very helpful and hospitable. Property is still a work in progress but is clean.

              the room was not that clean, the floor was dusty but the beds and anything else was okay. it was a new building so i think the price was just right. and also just one ride away from all the malls, so that’s a good thing.

              Room is nice for short stay. Has a small refrigerator inside. Cool AC, approachable staff, good plated breakfast. Location is more or less a kilometer to Tiongson Arcade, a stretch of point and grill seafood restaurants. The only downsides are the lack of floor mat, and the positioning of tissue holder and bidet hose.

              Nice Staffs But Poor Facilities”

              As a business traveller, I looked for Hot Shower, WiFi & Air Con. These are d basic needs of a hotel facilities but there is no hot shower, is not working. They don’t bother to fix it so disappointing.

              Quite Location”

              The location is nice, the parking is wide, the staff is very accommodating. The room is fine except for the blinds that need to be replaced as you don't have privacy, especially at night. The bathroom door needs to fix it's hard to open the sliding door.
