I stayed at the Alagon Hotel last year and found it to be conveniently located in District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. Room was spacious with everything you need. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, customer service is excellent from start to finish. Facilities are very clean and the rooms are comfortable. I recommend this hotel

Cool room design and cozy atmosphere”

We are not tourist but lives in Ho Chi Minh City. Since covid-19 make us hesitate trip far away, we decided to stay 1 night to spend time like "trip" in the center of city. The facility such as spa, bar, pool don't open during this term, but room has bathtub and cozy sofa. The fee was cheaper than usual. Even if the price returns to normal, we feel like go again.

Great location and great value”

I’ve been staying at Alagon properties for a while. They have always been a great value for the money. With the upgrades that have been completed to this location, it’s a lot nicer.. The staff are super friendly and helpful. During breakfast, one of the bellhops would keep my son (1 year old) occupied so that my wife and I could eat. We didn’t ask, he just took it upon himself. It was very kind of him. The spa is phenomenal. We had some free massages, and they were excellent. The masseuse was obviously trained as she was able to pinpoint where I needed the most emphasis and was able to help alleviate my symptoms. Location is great - short walk to many of the major shopping spots in the city. Plus there is a Starbucks across the street, for those who need an overly expensive coffee and are too scared to order from a local coffee shop.

Modern Chic Ambiance in Downtown Saigon”

A popular hotel suitable for budget travellers: located near Ben Thanh Market, you may visit various restaurants and stores within walking distance. With car hailing service GRAB or regular taxi, you may reach further areas for all of Saigon attractions. What's the most special in Alagon Plus: they have a rooftop garden with a swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. Just like discovering a secret urban paradise during your stay. Highly recommend”

Alagon Plus is a great place to stay for tourists, as everything is within walking distance (Ben Thanh, War Muesum, Palace, Financial Tower etc.). The staff are lovely, and the free breakfast was very handy as it begins at 6am. The only minor issue is that it can get a bit crowded near the pool/spa area, as I think multiple hotels share the same rooftop area. Overall, highly recommend.

Fantastic Location!”

Stayed here for one night before coming home. The rooms were big with a decent sized shower. The staff are wonderful always smiling and friendly. The location is fantastic, very central in Ho Chi Minh city. Thank you very much for providing me a memorable stay

Alagon hotel was one of the best choices we ever made for our city trips. The room really cosy and comfortable. You feel welcome here by all the staff with smiley face. The breakfast and afternoon tea were both extremely good. We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel

Nice boutique Hotel In HCM”

Nice and clean hotel with good spread of breakfast choices. There are several Alagon Hotels linked together and it can be a little bit confusing sometimes to find out which lift to use to get to your room.

Love Alagon. The entire Staff is lovely with great service and so helpful with very nice rooms and good location, coffee and cool shops around Zamath went above and beyond with helping me as would the whole staff and I stayed for 5 nights and will be back for sure

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, great satisfaction! Big thanks for the possibility of a late shower (after check-out), we went to the airport fresh Minibar in the room is free, everything very clean and flavoured. In the district 1 , perfect location

Perfect Experience!”

I stayed in many hotels in my life, but this is for sure a top 5 experience. Our room was spacious and immaculate. The staff is very nice and attentive to your needs. Rooftop pool were nice to cool down after a long day of exploring the city. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Underwhelmed”

Maybe I just had too higher expectations, but I didn't enjoy my stay. The room was nice and stylish and clean, but the common spaces were a bit dingy and because they're shared with the Alagon Hotel Saigon, they're always occupied. I visited during peak COVID-19 season and the pool was always full. My room was internal which was fine except the loud sound of a baby crying, and phone-game noises kept coming up the vent which is hidden by a wooden screen. I moved to another hotel a day short.

Best Hotel In Saigon”

We were looking for a convenient place to stay in the city and somewhere not too pricey. The room and bathroom was clean, and bed linens appeared washed. Great welcome each time and helpful advice from the front desk staff about location of ATMs etc. Definitely consider staying here for great friendly service.

Good value for money!”

The rooms were amazing comfy beds and very clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel itself was so classy, definitely 5-star. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Vietnam, and we’ve been here a month. The location was perfect just 5-minute walk to the market, restaurants outside the door and so much going on. The pool area is amazing.

Exceptional”

We found this to be a lovely hotel. Our room was very comfortable and included a hot tub as our room had been upgraded. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was varied and had plenty of choice for both Vietnamese and Westerners. Would absolutely recommend staying here

Pay extra for everything”

The room is fairly priced. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. They did charge extra for every little thing. Laundry was OUTRAGEOUS! Breakfast was not worth it! “Jacuzzi” was cold. Spa too pricey to try. Pool was okay. The location is good. Lots to see and do in HCMC. Staff were very friendly.

Best hotel in district 1”

Nice room, friendly & helpful staff, price is now only a half of my last stay before covid19, they also give me free upgrade to bigger room with nice view, Highly recommended

Highly Recommended”

We are staying for 02 nights. Very hygienic, rooms were spectacular. The staff was absolutely friendly and showed great hospitality. Also the breakfast buffet with live cooking can be recommended. Would definitely come back to stay again.

Good place”

We stayed in a sizable Delux room with a small window facing the backyard. The room was clean and provided everything we needed for a short (2 nights) stay including free mini bar. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a wide selection of Asian and western food. Location was good, Ben Thanh market nearby and the backpacker area only a short walk away with plenty of travel agencies, entertainment and eating venues. Happy to stay here again next time.

Excellent hotel with great service.. the junior suite is spacious and value for money..
