Overall a nice place”

The hotel is only a 15 minute walk or 3-4 minute $2 with tip taxi ride from a nice mall. There are no security safe in the rooms but the door are secured by double locks. The hotel was safe and the staff were all friendly. The only negative thing we're the non-existence of pedestrian side walks - watch out for crazy Filipino road traffic. There is laundry with two hour service next door ($4). Taxis are plentiful but will get pushy and scarce on rainy days at the mall. Overall, a nice hotel. . .

not properly cancelled but not charged”

on the day of my flight i got sick at the airport. i cancelled my flight and rushed to the hospital. i forgot to cancel my hotel room. yesterday, i checked my booking and found out that payment shall be done on the day i check in. thanks, i still can use the money for my meds.

Best for people looking for a place to sleep”

I had a peaceful rest when I stayed in this hotel. Here are some Pros and Cons: Pros: 1. At a really cheap price per night, you get a free breakfast meal in their restaurant. I loved their coffee and their rice meal was okay. 2. I had attentive staff respond to my requests and questions on how to get around. 3. The bed was soft, sheets were clean and aircon was cold. 4. Wifi was okay. Cons: 1. The room smelled newly painted but my nose just got used to it. 2. The pillow case did not smell good and the towels were a no longer as white. 3. It rained hard and it was flooded in-front of the hotel. I had to ride a tricycle because no taxi would like to bring me to the hotel after the rain.

I could rate the staff with 4, but the hotel itself is a 1. The room is smelly, the white bedsheets & blanket have big stains. The pillow is very used (it's almost flat). The brown towel has stains and holes, and is smelly. The aircon exudes bad odor. There was a centipede in the toilet. The parking area is very limited. The hotel is flood prone. The vibes also are scary. I seriously don't recommend this unless they improve their facilities.

Sheets were soiled. No WiFi. ”

Came to our suite at 10 pm. Room was old but manageable. However, when we tried removing the blanket, the bed sheet was soiled with yellowish stain. There was no WiFi the night we stayed there as well.
