"This was one of the best, if not the best hotel we stayed in South-East Asia. It has everything you need. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, all the time basically. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with a huge and comfy double bed, with a super convenient and big bathroom. We also loved the garden, it has a great pool and lots of colourful flowers, pool towels, it's a really nice place to relax and you can order drinks for a reasonable price. And the best was the breakfast, there was basically everything - buffet style and fresh made things as well. I would definitely come back to this hotel anytime, we loved it here a lot. "

"When I booked this hotel, there were not a lot of reviews yet cos this is a new hotel. Hotel is conveniently located 10 mins walk away from the ancient town. Also very near to the popular Bahn Mi Phuong & food market. Bed is comfortable, water pressure & temperature is ok. Room size is good. Breakfast has to pre-order the night before which is good cos breakfast is freshly cooked for each individual (but can be slower than expected). Swimming pool is small, good for taking pictures. Try to ask for room away from the main street (where the opposite bar is blasting music every night even tho it is quite empty). I stayed at the back end of the hotel so it is quiet except for a rooster crowing. Highly recommend Sophie Villa."

"We were very pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel which was off the busy loud streets but only 5 mintes walk from the lantern/japanese bridge. Hotel was excellent, pool was a gret refreshment in the humid hot day, the room was very cosy a fitting the Hoi An style. As said in previous reviews, the staff here is the best! They are very polite and attentive, they arranged a good prices airport transfer for us as well as a private car w/ driver to My Son. Both very reasonable price. We even had our laundry done here and all was good. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this lovely hotel for what we paid. Being a little out of town is the only drawback but it’s a 15-minute walk to town and the hotel offers free bicycles. We actually found a lovely little restaurant a 2-minute walk away in the street behind the hotel. Happened to be the best and cheapest food in Hoi An! I would definitely recommend the Emm Hotel. "

"This is a new little hotel strategically located between the Hoi An bus station and old town. So it's a bit away from the crowd but still near enough that you can easily walk to old town within just a few minutes. And you'll also find plenty of reasonably priced (other than in old town!) eateries right next to the hotel or on your way to old town. The rooms are all new, tastefully decorated and there's everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And also the breakfast buffet is good and has quite a large selection for a hotel of this rather small/boutique size. The swimming pool on the roof top terrace is fabulous and very clean. You can also rent bicycles from the hotel for free. And also other amenities like the items in the mini bar or the hotel's laundry service are very fairly priced. So you can enjoy a little luxury here without it costing an arm and a leg. Overall, would definitely recommend!"
