"Kleine Constantia is like a little piece of the Cape Winelands on the outskirts of Johannesburg, from the Cape Dutch architecture to the beautiful wooden furniture and the clear appreciation for good wine. I booked a night away as a last-minute surprise for my husband, and despite having almost no notice, the staff accommodated us incredibly well, even whipping up a three-course dinner for us. The rooms are lovely, the indoor pool was warm enough for a dip even in mid-winter and the service was brilliant. The only complaint was that the treadmill in the gym wasn't working, but then I don't think most people visit Kleine Constantia to work-out, so that is very minor. Comfortable beds, lots of lovely little extras (coffee pod machine in the room, chocolate truffles too). We loved our mini getaway and would definitely recommend this spot!"

"Our stay at eagle nest was really value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean and even kitted out with a mini kitchenette. there was a heater and electric blanket which really did the trick and kept us cosy. The only irritation I had was the electricity meter beeping in the middle of the night as it was running low. would highly recommend. "

"I booked 3 executive suites at this hotel based on the good reviews. The staff were all incredibly attentive and polite. They made us feel right at home and the little touches like rose petals on the beds made our stay even more special. Dinner both nights was INCREDIBLE. The Chef, Mash, is so talented and cooks from the heart. I would highly recommend this place! "
