"Very nice, recommended for second stay. I like to stay in ALOFT hotel KL, my 7 years old son and my wife also like staying here because we can go everywhere from KL Sentral and go back for good rest in this hotel, nice and excellent location. Fast internet access is the best thing for me as I need to work in KL. Location is near KL Sentral where we can find food until late night. For me, please give more variety food on breakfast and give speciality food so people can enjoy having breakfast here. Convenience store located in KL Sentral is 24 hours. We can go back to airport by taking fast train from KL Sentral station or even can take bus for only RM10."

"i stayed in st regis bali also singapore previously .. and i think i should try this also in kuala lumpur , i just realized there are new st regis open so last day i stay here before going back to jakarta . service are top notch as st regis standard concierge , bellboy, the reception also the buttler also at the pool bar preperties are new and very clean nely open few months before they gave us free shuttle to KL sentral station, also service pickup if we need. i have no time to try spa services due to limited time but i tought it was excellent great service also for staff at the pool bar restaurant i bet st regis will be next destinantion when people know it and become famous one, i suggest they give also shuttle services for other area, such as gardens mall maybe"

"We stayed 1 night to break up the trip and let the kids rest up before the next leg of our journey. The location is perfect being right next to KL Sentral station. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and helped us get to our room swiftly. The rooms are more suited for business travel, but we were very comfortable with 3 adults and 2 young children (under 3) in 2 adjoining rooms. The large bathrooms allowed us to easily get the kids washed and ready for bed without fuss. We ordered room service for dinner and it arrived quickly and the food was hot and tasty. The next morning, we had breakfast in the restaurant and it is one of the best selections of various foods I have had. All the food was tasty and left us wanting to try everything, however full tummies prevented us sampling every station. The staff could not have been more helpful for check out and helped us navigate back to KL Sentral with kids and luggage. The staff really made our stay special. "

"Located just 10 minutes' walk from KL Sentral, it is very convenient for travellers to go to any place within Kuala Lumpur. Besides, the serviced residence offers shuffle service for guests going to or from KL Sentral, once per day, saving me a lot of time and energy to walk a long way with my luggage. The hotel room is also very well equipped. I am especially impressed with the kitchenware. Inside the cupboards are knives, can opener, cups, plates, kettle and pots of different sizes. There are also a fridge and an microwave oven. Very superb if you wanna cook inside the apartment or just reheat some wrapped up food. The only defect I have to say is the cleanliness of the bedding. Impeccable as it seems, I still feel a bit itchy when I snuggle in bed. Hopefully they can enhance disinfection of the bedding to keep up optimal conditions."

"I didn't expect it to be so nice for its price. very clean and had everything i need for a comfortable stay. Located just across NU Sentral where you can buy whatever you want (dept store and grocery), with a food court in level 3 with a lot of food choices at a very affordable price. Also nearby is Old Town White Coffee restaurant which we loved! NU Sentral is linked to KL sentral train station which brings you anywhere you want by train. The minus points are : - the person in the front desk wrongly advised us that the Petronas was open for July 15 (which was a holiday). So when we got there, we learned it was closed for July 15 and 16 which were the only days we were in KL. Had we known, we should have went the day we arrived on June 14. - the tv had CNN the first day, but it was no longer available the other days. Signal was also intermittent so we could not watch the world cup. All in all, we had a great stay. "

"I have stayed Alila Bangsar for 2 times within 3 months. Best boutique design resort hotel in KL. Its better than all the hotels at KLCC and bukit bintang in terms of design but location wise is slight off KL city area but definitely worth the value to stay at Alila Bangsar. Gorgeous rooftop swimming pool and delicious breakfast at Entier. Nice open rooftop bar with beautiful view at KL Sentral, Mid Valley and bangsar. Service from the reception is not bad. some others area can be improve. Outstanding design by Neri & Hu once again"

"The Establishment or EST consist of service apartment runs by different companies as well as long term permanent resident who stays in this building. I booked through Plush and I have to commend the service provided by the team. They're responsive and attend to my request pretty promptly. One downside is the shower amenities. It can be improved. While i feel it's slightly over-priced, but the location is great just a short walk from Bangsar LRT and a short drive from KL Sentral. Not too sure if ill be back soon since i can opt for Alila Hotel (also in the same building) if i pay just a liuttle extra. "
