"What an amazing and restful stay. Sparkling wine upon checkin, super friendly and accommodating staff -they even put roses on the bed as it was our Anniversary. Complimentary mini bar in the room with snacks and drinks. Great food at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The outside bar was great for sundowners and had great cocktails. The VIP room we stayed in was amazing, and we made sure to use the Spa bath every night as well as the in-room fireplace! Can't believe this little gem is barely out of Johannesburg, but feels like you are out in the middle of nowhere. Really a great stay and cannot recommend this place highly enough."

"Venue was calm and refreshing , lots of space and activities for adults and kids to enjoy . Staff was extremely helpful. Location is good , enough parking area for a group function. Will recommend venue for functions or family outings "

"Stayed just for a couple of days,in a cottage, It is not the best neighbourhood (lowerclass area) Hey it is Johannesburg south, but I felt safe. The guesthouse is well protected. Wayne and his staff are very helpfull and provide you any information you want if needed. Charters from and to OT airport can be arranged, just ask (and prices are good) .Internet Wifi was not to fast, but they are working on that. Bed was good and comfy. Goldreef casino (with nice and payable restaurants), Goldreef theme park (have not been there but should be fun and interesting) and the Apartheidmuseum ( very impressive) are close by. If you are with a (rental)car,parking inside the fences of the guesthouse (so protected). and the most important thing: Ivy makes you a wonderfull breakfast. I say: Highly recommended. Will surely come back if possible. Really enjoyed my stay here !!"
