Clean and good facility, friendly staff and good location.”

First of all, the warm welcome from staff. I arrived at 11 PM and staff help me to carry luggage to check in and to the room. Didn't expect it from 2 stars hotel. Location of hotel is pretty good, it closes to airport and also near some local food store like Pho, or noodle, rice with displace ,reasonable price ... Just few minute walking. Room is pretty clean and big, toilet also big and clean make me feel really comfortable. My room doesn't have a window but the ventilation system working pretty well, air is clean. That's all i want from a hotel to stay in transit time. Value for money is a plus. In 29-Apr I come to Ho Chi Minh and stay in another hotel in Hoang Van Thu street with higher price but compare to this is nothing. I think it's worth the money I paid for. Finally really happy with this hotel, will come back again when have business trip in HCM city. Recommend for everyone.

Perfect stay!”

This was a great little hotel to stay at. We had a 16hr stop over before flying to Cambodia. We took a TUKTUK to downtown which was approx 20 min for 3 US Dollars. Great way to get to see part of Ho Chi Minh City. Will definitely come back! Thank you to the wonderful and VERY helpful staff!!!

close enough to airport, good breakfast, huge bathroom”

It's good to be at certain distance from the airport so that you don't get overcharged/up-charged by taxis. My previous hotel of choice has increased their rates, is much older building, and breakfast doesn't hold a candle to Airport Saigon, which is much cheaper, newer facilities, and a very generous and delicious breakfast offering. The bathroom nearly doubles the footprint of the family room, with a large shower area and bath tub on opposite ends. The value here can't be beat, and even though I booked late and it was for staying over the holidays. I don't stay is Saigon for too long, so this place is the ideal place to stay for short layovers before flying domestic.

It worked fine for me”

Admittedly, I was looking for something functional, near the airport, to store my bicycle box while I was touring, and then to use as a base for bicycle riding around Saigon (not for everyone). Anyway, the Airport Saigon worked for me at all levels, and I even managed a room that had no steps from the street. The breakfast was fine, as well. Some might want more from a hotel, but it was $20, and it worked well.

Outstanding customer service ”

The staff of this genuine 3 star property are quite amazingly in their helpfulness. Tour desk manager, Bon, went so far as to accompany my partner to purchase a Vietnamese SIM, making sure he had the right one at the correct price .... and yes, the shopkeeper did initially try to pocket 10,000 dong of the change till she was summarily chastised by Bon “no no no, you give that to him”! The lovely front office staff could not do enough to assist us. She booked and negotiated the price of our return airport transfer (70,000 dong) via a service called Grab, which is similar to Uber. This is an excellent price! We only stayed the one night as we were transmitting through to Hanoi the next day, however, they made this part of our trip an absolute pleasure. Our room really was very inexpensive. The superior deluxe was spacious, clean, contained two king beds, good linen, and a large bathroom. Breakfast was good and included in the price. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great little airport hotel”

Fantastic hotel for a night or two and very close to airport. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was spotless and very modern, as was the whole hotel. Will definately stay again if just transitting thru Saigon.

Clean airport hotel, nice staff”

The Airport Saigon Hotel is clean and the rooms are nice with good AC. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating and are there 24/7.

Great introduction to Viet Nam”

The location of this economical hotel was very near the airport in the middle of a local neighborhood. There was a market on the next street, several local restaurants nearby and a mini mart for beer, water and snacks. Our room was at the back of the building and was very quiet. It was a very grand hotel with high ceilings and heavy wood cabinets. Our room had a bathtub, kettle and mini bar. It also had a gym. Breakfast included Western and Asian choices. One of the staff recommended a local Bun Bo Hue restaurant for supper, just down the street. He then accompanied us to be sure we found the right place.

Needed a room between two flights, hence only stayed overnight. Clean and quiet room, well-functioning air conditioner. Bfast basic but OK. Don't repeat my mistake: there is an Airport Saigon and a Saigon Airport Hotel, they are 4 km apart as I had to find out... Did not use any facilities...

Very pleasant and great value accommodation”

The facility exceeds our expectation in room comfort, spaciousness, cleanliness, affordable price and staff courtesy. The free buffet was great, varied and plentiful. We stayed there three times (5-9 days per stay) while visiting Vietnam in 2019. This is our favorite hotel in HoChiMinh City. We'll stay there again the next time we visit Vietnam.

A great hotel”

Hotel's location is good, situated closed to the airport with many restaurants nearby. Room is clean. Hotel is nice enough to enjoy. Breakfast is excellent, servered with a lots of variety. Staff are great; all are friendly and helpful; especially receptionists Hương, Vui, Vân Anh and Sơn. Only the best recommendations from me for the hotel.

Close to airport & good value”

Nice room, comfortable bed, clean. Breakfast was very good with mostly Asian food. Neighborhood is typical middle class, with cafes & good street food. Great value if you’re just passing through Saigon for a night or too. Far from the center if you’re planning a long stay.

very good value for an excellent location”

this is an excellent hotel considering the cost per night. the hotel is situated in a very good location with plenty of cheap and delicious food in the streets. the ride to the airport is about 5-10 minutes so its very convenient if you have an early flight to make in the morning. The hotel also provides umbrellas and motor bike helmets if you need them when you're headed out.

Value for money, good stay”

Hotel is near the airport, convenient store and market. Though the hotel is slightly old with, the rooms are spacious and comfortable for big families. Breakfast was great, perfect for first timers in the city. Customer relations of staff are perfect. They were able to advise where best to go around the city. Great stay

Too Hot To Sleep”

Super nice staff members. Excellent location that is excessive to restaurants and the Tan Son Nhat airport. However, we will not recommend the hotel to anyone unless the air conditioning unit is in working order. We were sweating all night long and can’t wait until it was time for us to leave at 5:00AM to the airport to go back to the US.

Friendly staff & great location”

Just 10 minutes by taxi from the Tan Son Nhat international airport, this newly built hotel is centrally located. It is close to the Pham Van Hai market, cafes and eateries. The hotel staff are friendly and attend to your needs very quickly and efficiently. Strongly recommend to travellers that need somewhere affordable to stay for both short- and long-term.

Excellent option for near the airport.”

We had a large gap time between our hotel check out in district 1 and our flight time. Rather than sit in our previous hotel lobby for 6 hours we decided to book here before our international red eye flight. Perfect decision - it rained that afternoon so we were happy we checked in here for our final hours and could relax. So cheap for such a great room! The staff and doormen were excellent and the room was very comfortable and even had a little balcony with lovely bonsai and a table & chairs. We could not venture out into the streets because of the rain but from what we observed its a very interesting location. The room was so clean and the staff are lovely. Huge thumbs up for this hotel.

Nice for stopping through”

Highlight: Concierge was the most helpful by recommending evening meal restaurant, got my mother to the airport on time and grabbed a taxi for me to get to the bus station. He was friendly and I would return to say a personal thanks for his service. Bring earplugs as you can hear ladies walking on the tile floors and doors banging shut throughout the night. Breakfast is posted at 6:30. We had to inform the front desk there was nothing set up at 6:27 and my mother had to leave at 7 for the airport. Prompt response and ten minutes later a pleasant breakfast buffet included western and traditional options.

Location ”

I grow up not far from hotel , make it so easy for friends and family come over for visit and grab something eat or drinks nearby. Staffs are very good , special the young lady who’s ever a Manager front desk is my favorite , we talked , get to know me little bit and always Smile . Second that’s the Breakfast crew ( 2 men and young lady ) they were Very Nice to Me . I meet one lady take care my room ( don’t remember her name ...) she did Great jobs . And Yes I will comeback and stay again in very near future . Love to says Hi and bye to all of them . Miss them all and Thanks for what’s they Done for me for 11 days . Thanks
