Best Hotel I've stayed in - If you want Boutique this is the one”

I come to VN 4 x per year, mainly for work however some pleasure is added to some trips. I researched for quite a while to find the one for my partner and I and came up with this one. Aira is perfect, has the boutique feel with all the trimmings. It is situated within walking of many great restaurants and bars, making it very easy to try different things. The staff are standout! I'm always impressed with the VN staff throughout VN however, these guys were just a bit more stand out. Hung on check in to Area B (there are two blocks, A and B, B was just completed Oct 18) he was amazing throughout the stay. Both pools are good and quite COOL too - sounds a strange thing to state but in Hoi An this time of the year it's hard to get a cool pool and I need a pool which is going to be refreshing. If you have kids - it's good, however, friends of ours stayed at Sunrise which seemed to be more kid friendly. this was a massive PLUS for my partner and I as the pool at AIRA was quiet! :)

Almost perfect in every way”

We stayed here six nights with the purpose of spending some relaxing time at the beach. We stayed in the attic room in the new building. Room was big, well equipped and quiet. The staff of Aira go out of their way and will arrange all your travel needs to explore the area. An Bang brach area has a nice and quiet atmosphere, not too much traffic, but with plenty shops and restaurants around. From the hotel room you can walk to the beach in less than a minute. Scenic but crowded Hoi An is a 10 minute taxi ride away. No need to look further if you are looking for a place near the beach with other options to explore the area.

Amazing hotel, perfect location, amazing staff, we will be back!”

This hotel with its perfect location was the highlight of our holiday in Vietnam. 1. The staff are amazing! Incredibly hospitable, very helpful with organising tours, drivers, taxis, restaurants- anything we needed help with, they were there to help. 2. The hotel is amazing! The rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious, gorgeous design and have all the added extras that make your stay enjoyable. There are 2 beautiful pools and hotel facilities are exceptional. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious food! 3. The location of the hotel is perfect. It backs onto the beach & has it's own beach lounges on the sand for you to enjoy. The beach lounges are served by "Sand and Sea" restaurant who has the most amazing food and cocktails & very reasonably priced- the price and quality exceeds the fancier and more expensive places to on the beach. 4. It is only a 2 min walk to the strip with all the spas, restaurants, etc. Everything you need is here. Can't wait to return to Aira!!

Blissful experience”

Beautiful Boutique resort in a cozy and intimate settings. Stayed in the gorgeous and spacious Attic room, newly built in 2018. Breakfast was good, pools were fresh and clean, staff was amazing. Going to Hoi An is super easy, never had to wait more than 3-5 min for taxi to pick us up and takes about 10-15 minutes. Beach is a 2 minutes walk away. Used the SPA for a few treatments, beside the music that can be on loop for a long time the experience was rather good. Super happy with our stay. Definitely recommend it, especially if you are looking for a smaller scale resort with less trafic and quality time.

Nice oasis of calm close to the beach”

We stayed for 4 nights and liked this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helped us to organise trips and explain the area. We stayed in an attic suite which was large and spacious, there was a balcony but with no real view and we didn't use it. There are two parts to the hotel 100 metres apart (as they expanded) we stayed in both over the stay and would suggest the one closest to the restaurant was a little more convenient and the pool there was nicer (there are two pools and you can use either). Bikes are free to borrow and we enjoyed a few hours cycling around the paddy fields and to Hoi An. The main town is very busy but also quaint, especially in the evening when there are thousands of lanterns. We arranged an escorted day trip to Hue with the hotel, got all the sightseeing done in a day but would comment that whilst the guide was great his English was not easy to understand. Exceptional”

10/10 location is perfect , boutique hotel is clean and quiet . Two minute walk to local restaurants a must in the beach and five minute cab ride into Hoi An , we will definitely stay there again .

Excellent hotel with world-class helpful staff ”

Enjoyed 4 day’s in this ideally located hotel.. nice outdoor breakfast, beautiful pool, very good food, extra-helpful staff and ideal location —- 100 yards from a wonderful beach but just 15 minutes and $6 for GRAB TAXI to old Hoi An or a 25-minute bike. I can recommend this place HIGHLY.

Just perfect !”

This hotel was incredible. Not usually one for dramatic reviews, but I could write a lot of this gem. Staff could not do enough for us, from renting us bikes, telling us directions, bringing our luggage down for us to giving me antiseptic and bandages when I scraped my leg outside! Spa was heavenly, with freebies and outstanding service, location was wonderful right on the beach, pools looked fab but didn't have time to use. Excellent boutique Hotel”

Fabulous friendly staff; clean accommodation and good breakfast; close enough for a visit to Hoi An (100 VND)by taxi however more peaceful and relaxing. Hotel had free bikes to hire of varying sizes. Definitely come back

Home away from home”

Aira was like being home. We felt so comfortable and laid back that we could have stayed there forever. Staff were friendly, hospitable and just so helpful. Accommodation was spot on......just LOVE, LOVE, LOVED our room. Location was spot on, the beach right at our gate. Can't wait for our next visit and stay.

Charming Hotel with Great Service”

Well located on the beach but still accessible to Hoi An ancient town. My family and I stayed in the villa and had a wonderful time. The staff and the facilities were charming. Would highly recommend.

Everything’s perfect!!”

I had passed by Aira once in May but just had chance to stay here in Sep. Located near the beach (100m) so I can enjoy my precious time there. I loved how they decorated the room, contemporary style. Quiet place. I loved it in general!!

Lovely little hotel with personal service and a great location”

The Aira is in a top location next to the beach and a short stroll to cool bars and local eateries. Two nice pools (but not cold enough if you want to cool off in humidity), lovely spacious rooms and friendly personal service.

Great hotel!”

Very friendly staff! Great location just behind an bang beach yet very quiet and very peaceful. Nice Swimming pool at block b, could have someone there to take drink orders though. Aircon and showers worked perfectly. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast could be improved slightly as we had almost the same dishes every morning for 4 days. We rented a motorbike through the hotel and got one that was in very poor condition. All in all we would still recommend this hotel!

Exceptional”

Such lovely boutique hotel. Very friendly staff who were so lovely and attentive to my 3 young children. Rooms very clean and stylish, breakfast was good and cannot beat the location, a couple seconds walk to the beach. We loved using the bicycles to ride around to the other side of the beach and explore the town. Cannot recommend this lovely property more. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful staff, great food, lovely stay overall ”

Staff are incredibly nice, the room super comfortable and the breakfast lovely, as is the food at the restaurant. We'd easily stay there and highly recommend Aira.

Lovely hotel”

Warm welcome, delightful staff, terrific large clean rooms, 2 minute walk from beach and restaurants. Breakfast was good and plentiful with many choices. Spa treatments were terrific and not over priced. My only disappointment as the very small pool in the building in which we stayed - there is another one that is bigger but we avoided that as overrun by small children., I swam in the sea instead which was great. Gave us breakfast to take to the airport and a little farewell gift!

Amazing experience ”

Welcome and check in was friendly and easy. The room was very nicely decorated and clean. We had dinner one night and it was very good. The breakfast was outstanding.. We booked spa services and was very happy with the services and the spa facilities.

Overdue Review! ”

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Staff hit the nail on the head - spa was good, breakfast excellent, staff amazing, details were perfect, it was our birthday as a couple and they provided a small cake, any issues or questions were quickly resolved, atmosphere amazing, pool was clean and relaxing with a BAR!, I have already recommended this place to others and would certainly return! Thank you so much for making our first weekend as a couple so magical <3

Ideally located modern great value hotel ”

This is a wonderfully located hotel offering you direct access to private part of An Bang beach. Close to main beach cafes and bars, but far enough away for noise to not be a factor: rooms delightfully appointed and large by local standards. 2 pools. One with swim up bar, and staff amazing, all well informed, spoke English and nothing was too much trouble. I’d highly recommend and I’m picky!!
