Good facilities. all the kitchen utensils were provided. the room was supplied with cuckoo watet dispenser which is brilliant. it is very convenient. the owner also friendly. all in all a good stay for me. I stayed 3 nights here. will book again from Ain Apartment.

RM 280/- for 2 days. Highly recommended & surely better than any other 4 or 5 star hotel in Kota Bahru and anywhere in M'sia. Room; - Clean - Comfortable beds (1 single + 1 queen) - Fridge, microwave oven, bread toaster, TV, - Good air con - Location though in town centre is quiet. - Near to most tourist places. No swimming pool or in-house restaurant but many eateries nearby especially if you're driving. They only accept cash on checking in.

The location is the reason I choose this apartment, walking distance to pasar siti Khadijah, some viral restaurant all within 10 minutes drive. The room was clean, nice bed, good tv channels, strong wifi, got extra pillow & toto and the bonus is the water dispenser in room. The only thing need to improve is the bathroom, already moldy and need to scrub.
