Fantastic stay! 10/10! Great value, lovely room”

Fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a great tour through them for TK travel. The room was very clean, new and the beds were really comfy. Considering we did not pay a lot for the room it was over and beyond my expectation. The location is fantastic! Close to all the shops and restaurants. There is a great place to eat Pho 1 minute walk away location on the corner of the street and it was really cheap! I wish I was back at Ailen Garden hotel now! I will definitely visit again and stay there.

The place to stay! ”

We were instantly welcomed by the warm smiles of the hosts at this hotel. We had a minor problem with our room when we arrived but notified the staff and they sorted it promptly for us. The lady here sorted out many many things for us at really good prices (Cu Chi Tunnels, Sim card, Laundry & Bus to the our next destination) she is one of this nicest ladies you will meet! Overall we had a great stay here and would definately stay again.

Great find”

I really enjoyed my 4 nights at this hotel .Great friendly and helpful staff, who can arrange anything for you, airport transfer , bike rental.tours , laundry etc. Only short walk to dozens of bars and restaurants. Ten minute walk to Ben Tahn market and convenient for all other tourist interests. Room has hot shower , fridge, tea and coffe making facilities, good wifi and good aircon. Hotel doesn't have elevator, bur staff will carry your luggage to your room . Will return when back in city .

Great value for money”

A cozy place, perfectly located in a quiet alley yet in the midst of bustling area. Close to major attractions and markets. Hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with as they speak decent English. Altogether, a very clean and well taken care of hotel. Tip: rooms on top floor have awesome view. I will definitely come again and would warmly recommend this hotel to everyone. What might be improved is the Internet wifi, which is very unstable. Other than that, no complaints at all. Great stuff, location and new, cozy rooms!

Excellent stay”

I cannot recommend enough this hotel. The room was big, super comfy and modern. Very pleasant shower. Good aircon The free bottles of water/bananas/coffee were very much appreciated. Clean everywhere. Nice staff. Very good location in the middle of the backpacker area, but in a small and quiet little street... So you can sleep without being disturbed by the noise outside. There is no elevator, but the staff brings your luggage for you up to the room, so it's not a problem. Highly recommended !

Great service! ”

The hotel is located in a small alley way near a popular area so although its close to lots of food locations, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the nightlife and surrounding bars/pubs. The staff are amazing and friendly, always ready to help with food suggestions, giving directions and calling Uber service when needed. The hotel provides booking services for tours and transport, and although I did not use these, I did see other guests and outside visitors book and would like to utilise these services next time.

It is totally worth it, will come back for it anytime soon. highly recommended hotel. You can always ask them to call the taxi for you as most of the taxi driver there charge in a not reasonable price. Honest , friendly , everything is good. 5 stars service.

Very comfortable”

The room is clean and big for two, my friend and I. Close to bars but quiet at night due to its located in the small alley. The stuffs are very friendly, they helped us a lot and arranged a local tour for us. Very recommend to those who travel to HCM city.

Good choice for accomodation”

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, value for money Cons: there is no lift in this hotel but the staff will help to carry your lugages. If u not mind walking staircase, it is a good choice for staying.

Lost our booking :(”

We booked 2 rooms for 4 people for 4 nights. We booked with Agoda and paid the full cost online before arriving. When we arrived, first the hotel said they never received our booking. The hotel was full and they didn't have a room for us. We showed them our confirmation from Agoda but they said they couldn't find it. Then they magically found the booking for 1 room (though we booked 2 rooms together). Eventually, after a long time waiting and talking to the manager on the phone, they agreed to find another hotel for us but they asked if 4 people could share 1 twin room. So we had to wait a long time again while the hotel found another room. They told us this was only for the first night and we could come back the next day to stay with Ailen Gardens for the rest of our trip, but when we came back the next day they didn't have a room for us and we had to check into a different hotel again. A very disappointing experience.

I went there with my family. It was a good stay. The staffs were nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean. The price are reasonable. I am totally satisfied with their service.

The staff and boss of this hotel is very friendly. Can communicate with English. Even though the hotel is around 2 star, but the service is over 5 stars.

Good location, clean rooms”

I did not initially get what I booked (deluxe double with queen bed) and the room looked smaller than 25 sq.m, however the staff were accommodating, and gave me much bigger room after a day. I extended my stay, and was overall happy with what I got. This place is close to the action center (just 2 minutes walk), while being in an alley, it is quiet at night. Even though after 1 am the doors are locked, but there is always someone on shift to let you in.

What you see and pay for maybe is not what you get ”

I booked after reading the reviews and the photos however on arrival my mate and I were taken down the lane to 2 different hotels of a lower standard i spoke to Mimi the owner about this the next day as I thought it was deceitful and you weren't getting what you paid for. She did apologise and I hope she learns from the experience

Amazing!”

Pros: the staff is so nice and helpfull! We asked for a room with a different view and they had no problem moving us to another room for the second night. First night view was great too though. Very central on a quiet street. Comfy beds! Cons: nothing i can think of. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Small room no staircase”

Booked Ailen Garden Hotel but was sent to Ailen Garden 2 hotel instead. Booked 24sq m room but given smaller room.

Right in amongst it ”

Free wifi. Great staff with good recommendations and tour advice. I was lucky to have the only ground floor room as there is no elevator. Great bathroom and shower plus a comfy bed. The massage next door is great also.

Excellent staff”

The staff is really, really nice. It's a great value for what you pay. If you don't have any excursion booked, they can arrange it for you (doesn't matter in what place in Vietnam it is). There's a lot of restaurants near by and the WiFi works really well. On the last day our fight was only at midnight but they let us take a shower before going to the airport, what felt really great. We also booked the transfers to and from the airport, the driver was always on time. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Saigon

Holiday”

It was not a good experience. it might be over booked so when we arrived they put us in another hotel and that hotel was terrible. noise and not very clean. lucky, we only book for 1 night.
