Awesome”
We enjoyed everything from the room, the facilities inside it, the cleanliness, the friendly and accomodating staff... but best of all, the food and the water spa!!! The food was heaven. Every variety of it. There were plenty of choices even if it was just breakfast time-imagine lunch. It felt like every dish was carefully handpicked. It was not just so they have some sort of something in there. Every little dish had its own unique flavor and it was just heaven at every bite. Everything as well are nutritious. They dont just serve softdrinks. They advocate on juices. My picky son loved everything. The spa was another hit. Every painful muscle gone in minutes. It was refreshing too and it carefully caters and lives up to what its for. Overall, it was worth every penny and time. Even if its just an overnight stay, it made us crave to go back again... and guess what? 2 days later, we have booked again for an addtl 2 nights stay because we just cant get over it.. its that awesome. Really!

Me and my girlfriend love to go on a different hotel to try their accommodation and their offered food. The staff they are so very helpful and very approachable plus the cleanliness of the whole hotel it's exceptional. They have their own parking space for the guess. We try international buffet on dinner the only food that we didn't like is the pizza because it's not fresh and it's like pure bread but all in all the foods are amazing from the main course, to dessert and beverages. Don't you miss to eat breakfast on ace hotel because you are going back to your room with happy tummy. lastly don't forget to visit Sky High bar nice view + Nice drink with your friends or love ones + Nice music. I hope we can go back there.

Great spa, great place, great food”
Second herbal pool (36°C) was out of order but all other water facilities were available, clean and in good condition. Bedroom and bathroom were both clean as well. We also liked how the TV has YouTube access. Welcome drinks were available only in the early evening (6PM-8PM) so if you're gonna use the spa or have dinner elsewhere during those hours, forget it. Breakfast buffet is actually good, with a wide selection of varied food items. We had breakfast al fresco and the staff, quite kindly and helpfully, added lit candles to our table. There were no flies... but just in case.

We really enjoyed our stay here, zero complaints! (1) Going there - We went there via commute, riding MRT then taxi. (2) Check-in - No issues. Free drinks at the concierge area. Note that you have to pay refundable deposit fee at 2000 pesos. (3) Room - Clean and classy! I appreciate that they got my note that we are celebrating our anniversary and they prepared free cake and towel swans on our bed. TV is large for viewing. Toiletries are complete. There's water glasses and pitcher which you need to refill with the water dispenser near the elevator. In the room, there's also a water heater and complementary tea and coffee. (4) Amenities - We really enjoyed the water spa. 4 hours is more than enough for us. They'll provide you towels and caps. There's a gym and clinic at 8th floor. Sky Garden is also at that floor. The steak was GREAT. They also gave us free wine. Speaking of food, the breakfast buffet was amazing! (5) Staff - No issues! All are courteous and welcoming.

We booked 4 rooms for the whole clinic staff to relax and unwind in their water spa. The hotel rooms were all clean and maintained. Breakfast buffet was good. Check in and check out was just a few minutes even with a lot of guests checking out. The whole staff enjoyed their stay and the water spa. It was what guests will be looking forward to.

2nd year anniversary Metro Manila Spa celebration”
We could not go far so staycation within Metro Manila was the one we looked for. More expensive hotels cannot match the Spa facilities of ACE and for this our anniversary was quite some (good) experience! What could be improved are the food (breakfast buffet more food varieties would be nice though basic breakfast silogs, bread, cereals has been served) and hotel restaurant reservations (priority to checked-in guests would have been really nice). Still overall, even with some areas of opportunities, I will recommend to stay at ACE and avail of the rooms that come with Spa! Also even though Pasig is in the Metro center, would be really nice to have ACE in the South 😊

We all looked forward for the water spa for relaxation and we enjoyed it. The main reason I booked this hotel. The front desk accommodated my requests and kudos for that.

Really nice for a weekend staycation. ”
We had a weekend family staycation for my Dad who is came from the US and my Mom who celebrated her senior bday the day before. Hotel room was nice and reasonable considering the complimentary water spa vouchers included. Breakfast food was really good, just need to add more food selection. One tip though, bring upper and lower Lycra garments as they did not allow my non-Lycra swim shorts and had to rent there. Forgot that they are strict with the dress code. I am ok with it as the water jets will blow off any non-Lycra garment. Will definitely go here again.

The staff was friendly & accommodating. They respond quickly to one’s request, and even anticipate our needs. Our housekeeper Noah kept our room spotless every day. The food @ breakfast was always excellent & varied from day to day. The food in the other restaurants were also excellent. We didn’t need to go out of the hotel to sample true Filipino or western culture food. The only thing I was truly disappointed with was our refrigerator wasn’t working & we couldn’t keep anything cold in there.

It was a gift to a newly wed couple. I asked them if they could give a congratulatory note to the newly weds, and yes they did..they decorated the room so romantically..my guests were in awe..2 thumbs up for that. The room is clean and so is the pool area.Highly recommend, will book again👍

NYE 2020 Staycation”
My family had an overnight staycation to celebrate the new year 2020. Check in and check out was a breeze, won't take you more than 5 minutes. All staff were courteous and accommodating. We had dinner at ace international buffet and the food was great! They offer 50% discount if you are a checked in guest or if you availed the water spa. We were delighted by their service so definitely we will come back.

Perfect Staycation”
We stayed at ACE Hotel Suites Room 919. It was a good room overall. There's a 50" TV with clear cable for your staycation entertainment. As a hotel guest you're entitled to a discounted buffet and use of ACE Water Spa. The Spa itself is another very good experience one of a kind and a must try. I would love to spend another staycation here coz you won't get bored at all.

We booked our room for 2 days and 1 night. We checked in early and checked out late.. (with free service of charge) Just heads up the booking staff as early as possible.The room staff are very kind and approachable.. We love our room specially the set up for our valentines and anniversary with a slice of cake pa.. We had dinner in Sky garden, they gave us a 2 glass of wine for free the place there was good very silent and we fond it romantic.. we had take a lot of picture there..We also loved the breakfast buffet food.. theres a lot of choices and all the food are delicious specially the bangus belly? I love it... We ate there faster because we were go to the Water spa na to feel relax and unwind.. and yes.. It was a great water spa experienced.. we tried different kind of hydrotherapy massage, sauna and steam.. I loved the sauna, there are four different scents like rose,lavander etc.. it feels refreshing.... Absolutely, We've like to go back again here... :)

SPECIAL INDEED”
It was our first time to stay in this hotel and we are already planning when to go back right after we check out. I had a special request prior the check-in date for my partner's birthday surprise. I didn't receive a reply so I didn't expect anything but boy, we were both surprised of how they prepared my request for my partner. We had dinner at around 9pm and they even accepted us even if the restaurant is already closed so we had the place all for ourselves which made it extra special again for my partner. The food are worth it for it's price. The complimentary wine was so good, we ended up ordering a bottle of it. We had complimentary spa tickets and it's a good thing we decided to use it early in the morning as we were able to utilize all the facililties. The staff are very helpful in explaining the best way to enjoy the spa facilities. The onlu downside is if it gets too crowded, you may need to wait longer to experience all the facilities.
