Great location but ...”
The place is located in great location (for those who likes to shop 😁). The apartment is spacious. Extra mattresses were provided which is great especially for large families. In room basic facilities are complete. However, not much channels on tv, washing machine does not have drier and cooking is not allowed except with the microwave. Cleaning service is available but with extra charges (current charge is rm50 which is rather expensive). As we were travelling in group, having only 1 set of access cards was a problem to us. Despite all these, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Situated conveniently on top of Imago. Easy access to shops and food outlets including across at KK Times Square. One minor thing. The card system ( one card for room, one card for elevator and one card for parking) is a bit troublesome but it’s fully understood. For convenience of travelers with big family, additional room cards and elevator access cards will be helpful. Unless the host can make the elevator accessible to anyone without the use of an access card.

I was looking for a stay over the weekend and found this property at the very last minutes. After reading few reviews online, I didn't mind taking the keys at Riverson as the process was smooth. I only have problem to go down for smoking (understood it's a none smoking property) and the planes noise above your head. If you can sleep like a baby regardless the noise, this place is perfecto!

Staff are very helpful. Located at strategic places. Highly recommended for family vacation. But it is very nice if management can provide extra card for parking access and building access. Thanks to staff who always help me, i give 5 star for customer service.

5th time staying with accord regency”
Everything was expected as advertised but not the additional 6% gst which is not stated on agoda while booking. Only knew the additional charges when settling payment. Before: - Making payment are easy and transparent tru agoda, no hidden charges. - Fast and easy self check in & check out - No rm200 deposit required - Free room cleaning upon request - Staff waited to hand over room, car & building pass nearby parking entrance - Toiletries are provided Now: - Need to go to the reception at The Walk for check in which is 4 blocks from imago, literally 5-8 mins walks. - Faster internet - 2 additional single mattress provided - Only few towels provided - Staff are very responsive to reply inquiries on whatsapp Same problem before & after: - Only provided 1 building pass - lift accessing parking lot only 1 available and always break down - lobby are hot - Long waiting time for lift connected to shopping mall Price wise, more affordable now than before.

Overall is good except for the male security guard (the shift security guard on our first day of check-in. I forgot which block was that). The host told us that we need to register with the security guard so we waited (long time) at the lobby with our luggage till the security got back from somewhere. Other than that, bad-mannered and lazy that we had to find the shift security guard from other block for more details in just registering a simple 'form' to enter the apartment block as we don't want to argue or create unnecessary problems on our trip.

Spacious place in the apartment. Just above the Imago shopping center. Parking is also available for resident. The staffs are helpful. A bit confused to find the reception area if it's for the first time as it is at seperate building. However, the air-conditioning in the living room of the apartment is leaking when we stayed there. Need to do maintenance.
