Hotel-level service with a homey vibe”

Last weekend was a bit rainy for Coron but Acacia Garden Inn is a comfortable place to stay — it has everything we need from roundtrip airport transfers, tour arrangement options, accomodating staff, clean rooms and living area, and good food. They have their own chef! Acacia Garden Inn also greets you with a fine architecture, literally an acacia tree providing shade to the restaurant, a hotel-level service and a homey vibe. Only con for this accomodation is its distance from the streets where tricycles pass by, but all in all, this place is worth the price. Would recommend it to my friends.

Good place, Great food, Great service, Great value for money”

So glad to have stumbled upon this Gem. Some of the best eats in Coron are here right at the comfort of your stay. All the staff were very professional, polite, accommodating, and all on the same page. Isn't surprising because I noticed the nice owner was always around and he seemed to be very hands on and in touch with his business and team. All that for a very reasonable, cheap in fact, rate. It would be hard not to book Acacia Garden every time I visit Coron :)

Pros: - a block away from an atm and the city main street where you can just walk to find restaurants and get a ride - hotel has it’s own restaurant that serves very good food at a very reasonable price (Ate all my dinners at the hotel) - very chill vibe and peaceful - clean - serves unlimited coffee and water - offers to help you with booking tours - offers airport pickup and drop off only for a $3 per trip - free breakfast was great Cons - hopefully a balcony where you can dry you wet clothes however they have a laundry area at the back of the hotel where you can hang your clothes - more mosquito zappers ( the mosquitoes in coron are ginormous, please bring repellants)

Cozy spot ”

Acacia is a newer building a little ways away from the downtown area. Personally we liked being a bit away from the hustle and bustle, it was a 4min tricycle ride away or a 10min walk. They have a restaurant on site that is very fairly priced and the food was great too.

Perfect for those who prefer a serene place to stay”

You don’t need to get a town tour package since you can get familiarize with the place easily. The hotel is right in the middle of everything (church, stores & restaurants). It is one ride away to Lualhati park & Mt. Tapyas. We love how serene the place is! It is perfect for those who want quiet mornings and not so loud environment especially at night. You can get the rest that you deserve after having a very tiring day because of activities/tour. We love the unlimited coffee, food was fantastic, the whole ambience of the place was outstanding! The staffs were all very accommodating and showed great sense of professionalism to all their guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone whose looking for a place to stay in Coron. 🙂

We'll definitely go back to Acacia! Sir Boyet and staff were very helpful during our stay. It exceeded our expectations from the accommodation, facility and ambiance. Though the location is near the town center it's still very quiet and peaceful. Two thumbs up!

Awesome Stay”

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The location was a quick walk to town and less than 5 minutes from the Mt Tapyas hike. The facility was very clean and the staff were helpful. We even got to meet the owner and she was very friendly and accomodating. Scooter rentals across the street were convenient as well as the tours you can book from the hotel. The on site restaraunt was awesome as well. The food was amazing and I was very suprised on the quality of meals coming out of that little kitchen! Must try the stuffed squid! We will definetly be back when we visit coron!

Super value for money”

Staffs are nice and friendly. Attentive to our needs as well as to our queries. The room is large and they are always cleaning the room. Would suggest to add phone to every room so that when people need something or if they are notifying the guests they just call the guests' room. 5 stars for me for our overall experience. Will definitely book again if we go back to Coron :)

comfy new hotel”

the hotel is new and clean, with good restaurant (5% service charge is acceptable), comfy clean rooms and ok breakfast. additional services like airport transfers, laundry and tour bookings were also a plus. the only complaints are: terrible to non-existing internet connection (no internet in the room at all!) and the motivation of some staff, which was at times busy with their make up instead of dealing with guest enquiries.

Very nice stay”

Pros- nice hotel, good ambience to the place, room was very comfortable- good bed, good AC, decent pillows, decent shower. The connected restaurant had good food as well, we ate there for dinner and our hotel-included breakfast. Quiet at night, slept well. Decent space to put our belongings. The front courtyard is cute. They helped us find a place to go diving and called a tryke for us to get to the port. Free unlimited water, coffee, tea in the lobby was nice. Staff were generally very curteous/ pleasant/helpful. Cons-a little bit away from the center of town, so you needed to walk a little or take a tryke. We walked and it was ok distance, but it's not right in the mix of things if that is important to you. They forgot us during breakfast once, and we had to remind them, causing us to wait 30 minutes for breakfast, they were very apologetic. No safe in the room.

One of the newest hotels/ a bit pricey”

The hotel is new and well maintained. Modern facilities that a huge number of people in Coron doesn't have. It is a bit pricey (compared to the rest of the Philippines). Staff is not very friendly or useful. When asking them for tips or approximated prices of trycicles, only pointed at the tours and gave inflated trycicle prices.

They truly deserve full mark, very helpful staff, a bit far from the center maybe 1km walking. The rest were great. Will stay again if comeback to Coron.

Nice Stay”

Nice hotel with a small garden. Food quite good. Room is clean and tidy. Very good water system in bathroom. Good location to go around, it's not far from center and near Tapyas Mountain. Very slow wifi at room. A bit better at lobby, but overall wifi was very slow during my stay. Need more warmly welcome from staff.

Secret Gem of Coron”

Small but unassuming hotel which is walking distance to the main road. Comfortable air conditioned rooms with the basic amenities that you need. What stood the most is the wonderful staff who are very accommodating and friendly and are very sensitive to your needs. Mona is not only a good host, she is also a good boss to her employees who eats and works with them. Dining area outside with all the huge trees and amazing nature complements your hotel experience. I highly recommend this budget friendly hotel with an amazing staff.

Location is great as it is away from the town center so you dont hear the vehicles going up and down. But town and boat crossing is a short distance by tricycle ride. Free water and brewed coffee at the hotel helps you budget well. The only lacking for me is extra hooks in the bathroom to dry hotel towels to reduce towel requests. These way we can help the environment. Breakfast is included and they are awesome but a little cold if you have the Filipino breakfast so I tend to stick to cheesy omelettes and pancake. Staff are really friendly so as the manager as they find time to welcome you. I would definitely come back.
