Welcome to Comfy Home, weprovide Clean & Sanitised apartmet at Silverpark Resort, Jalan Lady Maxwell.
Only 1km away from Clock tower
It is 5th floor high floor view, 2 room apartment accomodate for 8 guest, 6 adults 2 kids is just nice as only 2 bathroom
Each room 2 comfortable Dreamland Hotel supreme Queen Bed
All the "A Block" is with 1 lift, only high floor you can enjoy the good view.
Guests of the apartment can enjoy on-site features like kitchen, 24-hour security, car park, smoking area (balcony only), car park nearby.
We promised Clean, sanitised & comfortable apartment, anything cleaning or maintenance issue, we have operations team at site to assist, usually we ractify the problem immediately, make sure guest enjoy their stay.

Hotel accommodations have been carefully appointed to the highest degree of comfort and convenience. In Living Hall guests can find television LCD, non smoking rooms, balcony with good view, fan, Astro NJOL. Water Boiler provided, ps follow user instruction on the bathroom door, so everyone can have a good shower time.
This apartment accommodate max 8 pax, security do a head count upon check in, ps follow no of pax.
NO WIFI POT available for us to apply, ONLY DATA PLAN, this A356 you may get 4G.
NO BBQ is allowed at apartment compound, ps use BBQ area provided by Buildigng management, RM50 pay direct to them after check in. (they provides covered seating area and stove only, other than that self prepared please.

I am responsible operator at Silverpark Resort, who always send staff to stand by at guard house during prime check in time 3pm to 5pm, therefore you hardly facing issue long waiting at Guard house waiting for key & excess card to enter into apartment We also provide self check in by picking the key from key box upon Green light from us( it is at Guard house, Green color box) FH Comfy Home with strong operations team who covers cleaning & sanitising works, we promised Clean, Sanitised unit for all Guest, we never compromise Cleaning in the apartment. Many different operator run the renting, Resort staff eg security guard is beyong our control, anything ps text us, make sure yiu get help

RM200 Noise deposit will be forfeited if break the housing rules. • Max 2 car excess card per apartment (to enter the Boom gate), so max 2 cars or 8 motorbike can enter into apmt compound, no visitors parking available, • Free parking at any Yellow line parking Bay ONLY, parking at "Red color" parking lot, yr car will be clamped, RM50 fin eto release yr car. • Turn off lights and electrical appliances when you are not using them. • Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property. • Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards, switch on the heater switch 20 min before you take shower, turn it off while it is done to avoid over heating. If you do not wish to interrupted by mosqitou or bugs or any type of life insert, ps make sure you close sliding door & window after 6pm • Treat the property like your own home. • Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages. • Guests of all ages are welcome, this is 5th floor with lift, it is high floor, so you can enjoy a very nice mountain view, this is one of the best view unit in Silverpark Resort • Infant age until 1 year(s) • Child age until 11 year(s)

Highly Recommended ”

We booked a few units from the same host for family retreat, highly satisfied with the unit and enjoyed it:- The unit is with far mountain view Fantastic view as it is ar 5th floor Clean and organised Well equiped kitchen with induction cooker, microwaze & etc Witn 4 queen-sized bed for big family 2 bathroom with boiler Very friendly and accommodative host. Unfriendly security guards in the apartment, perhaps the host can bring this to the attention of the management office.

Very clean, happy to recommend”

Our party of 4 adults had an enjoyable time at FH Comfy Home @ Silver Park. I can comment on unit A356: This 2 room apartment was very clean and had a very pleasant view. Facilities within the apartment were as advertised, ie. very adequate. I was very happy to find that affordable, clean, comfortable apartments are available at Fraser's Hill. One suggestion: shower curtains in the toilets would be a nice addition.

High floor with fresh air”

There are two rooms in this apartment, big and with 2 queen beds. High floor make the view nicer compared to other floors. Is very cool at night. All facilities including you can even cook. Great place to stay in group. Super recommended.

THis is 5th Floor, very good view, apartment is very very clean, cooling utensil provided, enough for 8 pax Host FH Comfy Home is responsive, w estrongly recommended apmt provided by Yew,, all FH Comfy Home. We took another apmt at B12, is unvblocking view, jungle view. Both 2 units are nice apartment, esp view from Balcony

This is 5t Floor view (1 lift each Block), far mountain view, seating at Balcony with a bowl of tea is really can spend yr whole day. Besides Comfy Luxury unit at B133A2, THIS IS ONE OF VERY NICE FULLY REFURBISHED 2 room apmt for 8 pax (6 adults & 2 kids is just nice). We will do better to provide Clean & Comfortable unit.

Apart is very clean,checking smooth. It is above the ground unit,feel comfortable, is 5th floor Silverpark Resort, alot are below ground level,it is wet, strongly recommended this unit, it is 4 Queen bed, big enough for big family. Hot Boiler is working well.

Better than expected ”

If you're going there for a BBQ, just remember to bring your own grill as they only have the pit. Aside from that, quite a pleasant stay. Line coverage is not as bad as it claimed to be, I'd say it was quite well.

Quite worth the money. Amazing scenery from balcony and basic provisions were provided. It would have been better if we had WIFI and better ventilation in one of the bathrooms to prevent some odor.
