Nice Hotel”

A25 is a Vietnamese chain. The staff is very professional and the hotel is nice. The room has lots of lovely amenities that are unexpected but delightful.

Terrific experience for a 1*. Underrated”

I was pleasantly surprised how a 1* hotel turned out to be more like a 3*. The room was spacious, clean and had many nice amenities that really impressed me. In addition, I asked for additional bath towers, pillows, and they were very gracious to support. I would come here again for sure.

Quite good hotel but need some serious improvement”

No daily room service Receptionist English is really terrible. I had to speak like 5 times over the phone for the check out. I speak naive english language btw.

Fantastic location”

This hotel is run by honest and nice people. It is not very fancy but it is clean and has a very central location. You can park your bike outside and the air-con is good.

Checked in and was told that room is not available . They called Agoda to check about the room and after few minutes talk , they both agreed to ask me to pay more to stay in the only room available . Of course , I didn't agree and asked him to ask Agoda for my money back as I have paid in full . Then reception staff asked me to wait for him to call his manager . End up they gave me the upgraded room without paying extra but have to move to another room when it's available next day which was so inconvenience. The deluxe room is just got extra desktop and you have to pay to use , nothing more

Horrible experience”

When I arrived at the hotel, my room was just renovated and was in a mess. Plaster debris from the plaster ceiling was everywhere in the room and toilet. The receptionist got the cleaners to clean the room. It took them 2-3 hours to clean up the mess. Even the cleaners asked me not to stay in that room. Also the room smelled of fresh paint throughout my stay. This was the worst of all my travelling experience. Totally unprofessional. Will not stay in this hotel anymore.

This is a superb budget hotel. Perfect location, great rooms, all amenities and friendly staff. Everything works as it should, Wi-Fi is fast and stable. Highly recommend it

1군에서만 잠을 자면 그만이겠지 하고 지도 보고 선택했습니다. 공원 건너편이라 찾기도 쉬울거 같았고, 하지만 낡은 건물에 호텔 직원이 부족해서 야간 근무 남자직원이 혼자서 많이 힘들어 합니다. 절대로 1층 103호는 예약하지 마세요. 호텔 로비를 향한 창이 있어서 24시간 불이 켜져 있습니다. 저도 자다가 여러번 잠을 깨서 다음날 방을 바꿔달라고 했습니다. 그랬더니 승강기도 없는 6층으로 방을 바꿔주더군요. 하루정도 정말 묶을 곳이 없거나, 혼자 여행하는 사람들에게 추천합니다.

직원은 어떻해서든 돈 뜯어 먹을려고 작정한사람 같습니다. 체크인 체크아웃 할때 정신건강에 해롭습니다. 못 믿으시겠다면 예약하세요..

직원서비스 개판”

아고다에서 결재 했음에도 불구하고 바우쳐 보여줘도 결재가 안됬다고 돈을 요구함.. 분명 아고다에서 결재한 방을 요구했음에도 상위 방을 주면서 추가금을 더 내라고 가용함. 결국 현지 한국인 불러서 2시간동안 실랑이 끝에 해결됬지만 방이 없다고 추가금 내야 했음, 분명 아고다에서 방이 있어서 예약했는데 방이없다고 상위방 추가금을 내라고 하는게 이해 불가. 보통 생수 두병정도는 프리 이지만 여기는 물먹으면 돈받음 절대 비추 특히 오후에 근무하는 마르고 작은 남자직원 조심..

强烈推荐这家酒店，第一：位置佳，离全世界游客都挤去的范五老街隔了一个公园，没有酒吧带来的喧嚣和嘈杂。周边的便利店、超市、餐馆都在10分钟的路程，各个网红景点在15分钟内的路程非常方便，第二前台的妹子很漂亮笑容很好，给点个赞。缺点就是，房间类型比较少，因为只住过临街的3人间房型，针对住过的房间点评，内部设施有些老旧。但是瑕不掩瑜，下次跟朋友来还住这。
