Good experience”
Check-in was a bit stress due to the management tried to negotiate a much smaller room than what I've booked. I didn't know if it was a website technical issue, but was turn down at first until I actually contacted the superior of Five Senses and she'd be willing to provide us with the exact accommodation unit that I've book. I respect the professionalism. All in all, it was a great 7 nights stay. The unit was equipped with complete basic necessities & extra points for putting up basic instruction to use some of the facilities there. Only thing that bothers me the security's SOP. Since it is a service-apartment and were consist of permanent residents, the security guard seems to be granting a lot of leeway to residents to move around until the CMCO actually started. Despite all, still a good place. Looking forward for next reservation, hopefully.

Nice studio for short trip to KL”
Excellently located at Jln Ampang, this place offers good privacy, with free car park for a comfortable short stay. It comes with all the necessities making it feel like home. The sofa bed is a bonus so up to 4 adults can snooze off in the studio room if needed. Even though right beside a busy road and next to a mall, sound insulation is fantastic so it's all peace and quiet inside. The host made sure everything is in order before we arrived and checking in and out was without any fuss, which was perfect. Overall it was a nice short stay and definitely on the "I'll be back" list for us.

Overall Positive Experience”
The room was well appointed with modern appliances, comfortable living area. Great location especially if you need to visit Thai Embassy or others such as Russian, Chinese, Saudi Arabian etc - all within walking distance. Good shopping at Eastern Mall, which is about 500 metres away - the Mall has a Starbucks, Juice booster - well stocked grocer down stairs and Subway and much more. Nice Indian Restaurant in same building ground floor(around side) with yummy food.This place is not a hotel so ensure you give your arrival time, flight details etc and arrange a meeting time - so you can view your room, the front access door is locked at all times with security guards - you don't really want to be waiting outside, so confirm your meeting time to avoid a delay. Pass or Fail - PASS nice work :)

Clean place with facility. ”
Clean place with condo facilities and free parking. Location is some distance away from KLCC and need to drive. We have 4 adults. The queen bed is quite comfortable but the sofa bed is not so, however a little cramp to sleep two comfortably. If one drive, it is ok to stay here; otherwise I would not recommend to stay here.

A very nice place to stay”
Everything's perfect! The owner is very friendly and helpful, Hassle free check in and check out. The place is just nice for everything. All is functional. Its complete and all u have to bring is yourself! Just that there was a construction in front so its quite difficult for Grab to locate the area. But over all the stay was perfect! Will definitely choose this again on our upcoming trip!

Not as I expected ”
Don't get me wrong. Was a clean and tidy room. However was actually a serviced apartment, whilst I was expecting an hotel room. All the facilities mentioned in the description aren't actually in the propriety because it's simply a residential building. So if you're looking for ATM, bar and restaurant you need to walk to the closest mall. The description of the residence doesn't reflect the reality at all. Not to mention they told me they provide the airport transfer when indeed nobody came to pick me up at the airport. I'm surprised nobody mentioned all of this in the previous review. If I knew it, I would have booked a REAL hotel room!

Room was clean with provide full set of kitchenware. However, TV was not functional. Property located at commercial area, far from MRT station, if got own transportation, should be no problem. Not meet the host from check in to check out. Just receive email for the instruction to check in. Easy check in and provide free parking.
