The best spot on bui vien”

this was the perfect spot. it was extremely clean. even though it was directly in the middle of all the bui vien lively street it was still very quite inside of the room.

Fantastic location in the entertainment district. Not flash but is comfortable enough. I had the rear room so there was no street noise or noise from the club opposite.

Good location good services ”

Hotel open 24/7 walk in and out without afraid bothering receptionist. The receptionist is very polite. All the room in the back is good to sleep. Except for the front too much music, it so loud you can't sleep easy. But that doesn't bother me, I'm easy to sleep.

Staff very accommodating”

As a dedicated smoker, I was pleasantly surprised when my standard room was upgraded to a deluxe/superior with a balcony that I could step out to and smoke. Not just the first night, but the second night too at the same standard room rate. I don't think they thought I was special, but because they could accommodate my request, they did. That's good service, very nice. Thank you. The room was also great as indicated by all the stars.

Smart hotel and friendly staff. It's in the of the action so noisy if you have a room at the front. I don't mind that though

The staff could not do enough to help. Thankfully we booked a back room because the noise from the street carried on till about 4 in the morning. The room had air conditioning, fridge and TV and a comfy bed. The staff said if we came back again they would book us into a room on a top floor at the back.

The staffs in here are really kind, they helped me a lot with some problems happened in hochimin. not only the room condition was good but also good position in front of buibien street. you should visit here and the staffs would not hesitate to help you all problems.

Good Hotel if you want to party until 5 am. But if you want a quiet night, it is not the place”

We actually stayed 2 nights instead of 3, because the staff have been helpful and gave us another room more in the center. But we prefered to book another hotel instead of staying a third night there. But the bed sheets had some woman blood on it, so we requested the hotel to change it, but we found many dirty things again. Then a drunk guy kept knocking and shouting around 2 or 3 am It is a great hotel if you want to party hard whole night and sleep in the morning. The last karaoke of bui vien street stop around 4.30 am, so almost impossible to sleep before that time.

Great location if you are a party animal however for a couple in their 70's not so good due to the noise that goes all night every night. Our bad for choosing a room overlooking the street.

I was extremely happy with my stay, the food was fabulous, the service exceptional, the beds comfy and the facilities more than adequate. All the staff I spoke with were helpful, friendly and very professional. A most comfortable stay!

Great location, center of all the action. Comfortable room. However my room was never cleaned the entire time that I was there despite me asking them on several occasions.

The music from the street is very loud. It started from 7pm and goes until 5 am. On your check in staff will offer you ears plugs, make sure you take them, if you want an sleep.

Cheating hotel. I booked a private suite with pool, but got no pool”

The pool I paid for wasn't there and when we wanted a discount or refund they offered very little compensation. The room was worn down and lacked maintenance. Roof area lacked maintenance. Toilet door unable to close, door almost fell on my wife. They gave us 1 day to think about and next day wanted to refund even less than initially promised. Located near clubs and unable to sleep at decent hours due to loud music. It ruined our honeymoon.
