Im really glad I found this place. Overall so clean. I stay in 1 bedroom apartment. Its spacious. Suitable for group or family. Even have 1 extra small bedroom in the apartment. Got android tv, could netflix & chill. My unit have beautiful view of twin tower & kl tower. Although, theres building under construction in front to take note of. It still fine with me. Choose the breakfast package and since I booked the room for 3 pax, got breakfast also for 3. Not disappointing at all. Buffet style, the foods are great & the best part is served at the sky lounge. Infinity pool is really breath taking & spacious. Easy check in/out. Easy access to lobby, lift, parking. Near to city centre. Secured. Great service. Nice & friendly staffs. Welcoming me in the unit with notes & cookies, ngl thats cute. Also most importantly, affordable!

Every staff are so polite, kind and if not mistaken, the chinese guy names Terry is very good very kind. He has a very high sense of ownership on his work and make us as a guest feel very welcome 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We checked in at very late night but he assist us very well and run everywhere just trying to help us sort out things that we need. The security guard on duty also very good. Same goes to all other FOH staff👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The Place is very clean, comfortable, spacious and perfect for family. Booked a 2-bedroom suite, which was clean and spacious. The hotel provides shuttle bus service from 10-4pm, so it will still be quite convenient for travelers without vehicles. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the stay!

Stayed with friends and baby. Good choice for family, as the room is spacious, got tv inside the room, complimentary drinks inside the fridge and netflix to chill with friends. Such a great memories there that I won’t forget. Will come again with my husband for honeymoon!

All new. Infinity pool with klcc view. Btw, the klcc view from the sky lounge at level 46 was completely covered by the new construction. Not as you can see on the advertising. The breakfast was lack of choices. The room was spacious and clean.i completely drying my clothes using their washing machine..the staff was not friendly & still need more training on how to treat their customers.a bit disappointed. I can say that the security guard serve better than the hotel staff. Go learn from them. Lol. But credit to them for the birthday suprise.

Recommended place to stay. Near to Pavilion & KLCC. Facilities ,breakfast, swimming pool, staff all very good. There is no public transport. U have to walk quite far or just take a grab. The landmark to the hotel is The Ruma. I enjoyed my stay!

It's a new establish hotel at great location. Just a few minutes drive to KLCC & Pavillion. Easily can go around KL city centre by using grab. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Facilities are great since its a new residence, not crowded at all. You can enjoy and can have the gym and swimming pool for yourself. However, unit its a bit dusty, believed it is due to long vacant because of pandemic. Its worth for every penny and will repeat again
