after a 12hour bus trip from phnom penh arriving late we were worried about finding our hotel but the my anh is located 2minutes from where the main bus drop off is. a nice park is facing the hotel and on the other side of the park is the main part of ho chi minh for tourists (bars, restaurants etc). the hotel was also located close to ben thanh market (10minutes walk). the room was very nice for the price with the bathtub being a good change from poor showers everywhere else in aisa. the free breakfast was fried eggs and a baguette or toast and jam which was enough to start your day. overall a good place and if we return to ho chi minh would stay here again.

I love this hotel. The location is in the heart of Ho Chi Minh, nearby backpacker area, Ben Tanh Market, and shopping area. The room and toilet are very clean. We also can access wi fi in our room. The hotel staffs are friendly. In conclusion, we recommend this hotel when you stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

ive stayed in hcm many times but the first away from backpackers section,i saw my anh hotel advertised on this website and looked good and location was ideal just opposite the park,i went for superior room which was on the 5th floor it had everything you needed wifi,tv,fridge,a/c,the room was very clean and kept that way throughout my stay.the lady who looked after my room was excellent.

Great value hotel with excellent staff service”

This is the second time I have stayed at My Anh hotel, the surroundings have great food has taxis waiting outside. Very accessible and has good drinking places around the area, it is just opposite the backpackers area and near the Ben Than marketplace. If you are not too fussy, just need a place to sleep and shower it is really very good for the price you pay.

Blessing in disguise”

I arrived at My Anh hotel on the 12/10/11 only to find out that there has been an electrical fault causing a blackout. I was initially very upset as I have stayed in My Anh last year and enjoyed its sevice. Moreover, I've been looking forward to the convenience of amenities within the area. However, the thoughtful staff have already upgraded our stay to a better hotel just a 10mins walk away with everything fully paid. It happened to be Hoang Lien hotel which is also under the same company as My Anh. The staff there were equally friendly and it isn't that much of an inconvenience after awhile.

Nicely located very near Bui Vien backpacker district Especially noisy on the Thu-Sat nights that we were there, so light sleepers should take precautions (e.g. wear earplugs) Staff were very attentive to our needs (e.g. they allowed us free takeaway brekkie on our last day early checkout for a full-day tour) Superb value for money - we paid only SGD 72 for 3 days stay Free inclusive brekkie that was delivered to our room (it's a small hotel with not much lounge area) was just banh mi with 2 bullseye eggs and instant noodles with 2 bullseye eggs, but it was tasty and satisfying! When we asked for extra toilet paper to top up, the accommodating response was immediate Room service was provided every day, but they only neaten the bedsheets and tidy up the bathroom - no fresh linen or towels given Only real downside was that the sinkhole at our 5th floor room was choked and kept flooding every time we took a bath Then again, we didn't alert the staff to it - or I'm sure it'd be fix

i've had a nice stay in my anh hotel, enjoying location and view of my window. also if it is not 5* (shower integrated in bathroom) it is clean and rooms have good size. girl is able to speak english very well at reception.

I am delighted with my stay at My Anh Hotel because it is value for money. The hotel is very comfortable, clean & centrally located. Opposite is a Park, Restaurants/Cafe plentiful and Mekong/Sapaco Bus Station is just opposite too, walking distance.

Been in this hotel last passed 4 years, it was not a surprise for me , this time the hotel has been refurbished it look better now. Alway nice and friendly staff working in this hotel . Breakfast every morning in the room, 3 eggs, butter, cheeses, coffee, tea, sometime cold meat, jam., raisin bread. Daily made room, and cleaned . Aircon, lift, very professional attitudes. The hotel is situated in the heart of quarter1 the tourist area , take the 152 bus from the airport to the Ben Than market for 5000 dong(25. Cents) then need 10 minutes walk to reach the hotel.

Great as the first time , as well we departed buy bus on the early night , we stayed in the lobby , the hotel manager offer to us to take a room for free to have a shower, and relax before the bus departed. I think it is the first time in my long traveling years, it is happen to me. Thank you to the hotel and staff.

Nice hotel, convenient location”

Hotel opposite a park so it is not too noisy at night, but the convenient point is that u can just pass the park to go to the tourist place where u can book all of the daily trip. Hotel also near the sightseeings of the city. My room is abit smaller than i expect but good thing is even tho it is in 4th floor but they had elevator, very nice thing! the receptionist is abit blur about the city infomation like where is nice to eat, where is nice to hang out...but she looks pretty the door man is a little boy but he is really helpfull and friendly to us, always welcome us with his smile bf here is abit poor.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel, very well located (you just need to cross the park of Le Lai street to arrive in the animated areas like bui vien street, close to many travel agencies => try AP travel, ask for Hoa, she will help you to get the best tour at the best rate) Staff is awesome, really helpfull and reliable (laundry, information about the city, the ladies of the reception are really cute and polite)

Great Location and Good service”

We stayed for 5 days and 4 night with the same hotel. Staff are very friendly only need to improved on English communication. There is a time where the bellboy help my family to cross the road in front of the Hotel as we all knew how busy the traffic in HCMC. Good location as only walking distance to Ben Than Market and there was always a Taxi passing by or waiting in front of the Hotel area. Room are nice but too small for family with kids. There was no kettle in the room. Hot water will be provided upon request. troublesome for family with small kids if they need to prepare a hot milk for their kids. But still between the price, location and room condition its was something that we really appreciate and value for money. sure will tell others on the hotel

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, speak good English and go out of their way to help you. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms don't have a window which makes it a bit musty. I was in room 401 which had a broken, unattached toilet seat and room 402 which is small, but serves its purpose. Not many choices for breakfast- eggs and bread or instant noodle soup. Good location near the backpacker area and shopping area on Nguyen Trai. The hotel description says there are in room safes, but this is not true.

My first stay at My Anh and I was generally happy. Reasonable facilities for a 2* hotel. Staff friendly & room fine with wifi & fridge tho' it was disappointing the room was not made up daily. Lobby sometimes smokey as they allow this. Good location as near area of many restaurants, tour offices & massage.

I was here for a short stay and really enjoyed it. the only negative thing for me was the room was small for me and my girlfriend, but the rest was perfect. Safe secure location with an amazing park right across the road form the hotel.

Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Free wifi. Was there for 9 nights and was happy with the room. There are bigger 1s but I was in a standard room and that was enough for me. Mini bar topped up everyday and clean sheets changed also. Pretty good for the price paid. Park across the road and a short walk to Ben thanh market. Heaps of places to eat around the area. Front of house staff don't speak a lot of English but they manage. Only 1 computer in the lobby, but the rooms have wifi.
