Best Place to stay for Big Family or Friend”
I will surely come back and stay in this Penthouse again. This statement has shown how much we (my family and i) love this cosy Penthouse Home sweet home. We have 12 of us (from 3yo till golden age senior citizen) and all of us have our greatest get-together staycation here. The seniors can sleep at ground floor of this Penthouse (so no need to climb stairs). Ground floor room can sleep 3 people (1 double bed n 1 single bed). Then in the hall, got sofa bed (double bed size) and couple of single mattress (we din use). Upper floors got 3 rooms and overall can easily occupy 7+peoples. I told owner I have 12 people coming and he provide 12 pairs of sandals for us, luckily bcos the clean floor tiles is very cool. Owner has installed double heating system to ensure all toilets have very warm water for bathing.... fast heating too. The kitchen are well equipped too for simple cooking and steamboat. The host even purposely buy me a box of Cameron Tea for our short stay here. I enjoy drinking hot tea at the balcony overseeing the Pasar malam.... parking lots are ample and not an issue. Lifts are fast and straight away from car parks to this unit. Plenty of restaurant at the ground floor. Even there is a massage parlour too within walking distance. good location and good view, downstairs is the pasar malam helpful staff, he give us a strawberry tea which is very nice! easy check in procedure, just check with the owner how to check in and he will teach u step by step, he will response very fast no worry strong wifi and water heater works well apartment also very clean can consider this place if u go in group

House is just nice for families who which to relax and have fun together. Equipments for cooking are available which it is good for having steamboat. Place are clean and nice. Games and movies are available too! Highly recommend to stay. It’s also a drive away, maybe 10-15 minutes to places for food or scenery.

I really love staying at this penthouse. It is very condusive, clean & comfortable. I am very surprised with the interior design, it was really nice!! Booked last minute and got a very good deal thru Agoda. The unit itself is clean and comfy. Each bedroom is attached with a private bathroom which is very convenient. Host is very responsive and answer queries within 1 to 2 minutes. The only setback is the garbage area which is at the back of the building where the car park is. Probably bcos of the hari raya holidays, the garbage was mountain high! And the stench was unbearable. Eventually we chose to park our car outside, by the road side to avoid passing by the garbage area.

Strategic location just next to Golden Hills night market!”
We spent 2 nights here. The location was very strategic as the night market is just downstairs. This is a penthouse so 2 units of basement carpark provided. The unit was a little bit old but cosy. 3 bathrooms equipped with double heating system to keep the water warm. The host was very helpful in sharing tips for local food. Check-in/out was smooth. The downside would be cleanliness of the unit. There was spider web near the corner of the bed at 2nd floor common area. The floor was dusty and our feet were all very dirty after walking around barefoot. We could see thick dust accumulated near the curtain railing. This was escalated to the host and immediate action taken. Few cleaners were sent the next day to clean up the place. Overall a cosy place but the host would need to supervise the cleaners to ensure the place is thoroughly cleaned.
