Check in time is available after 3pm and check out time is at 12noon. In case of late check-in after 8pm, guest will need to inform the host for special arrangement. In case of late check-out prior to 6pm an extra 50% charge of a room tariff per night will be added to your accommodation bill. House Rules ---------------- This is your home away from home and we wish you to be as comfortable as you can possibly be. However, please note some basic do's and don'ts: 1. We appreciate all our beloved guests to keep the house clean. 2. Kindly place your shoes on the shoe rack. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house (it will trigger the smoke detector alarm, the cost of the consequences is fully paid by guests). 4. Please switch off water heater, lights & air-conditioning when you leave the house. 5. No partying, drugs or illegal activities. (Drugs are illegal in Malaysia which will be ultimately sentenced to death as a penalty) 6. No Pets allowed. 7. Please kindly respect your neighbor by not making much noise after 10pm. 8. For the next guest convenience, please don't throw any foreign items into the toilet bowl (eg. sanitary pad, comb, toothbrush, blades, towel, toiletries, etc). 9. Lost/misplacement of access card will be charged MYR100 for replacement per card. 10. Do Not Remove any items from unit. Missing items will be chargeable.
