Perfect location. Great room for two people. Very quiet. Great restaurants in very close proximity.
The nearby beach was very busy, but that&#39;s understandable.

Lovely, clean apartment in a beautiful location of Marseille”

Friendly host and great location. Very good price and very clean also.
Only complaint is that the kitchen equipment was a bit basic. We would have liked a wooden spatula and a cooking knife.

Definitely great value for money! GREAT LOCATION : the beach, bus station and the palais Pharo are only minutes away by foot. Simon is a great host, he is friendly and professional, takes time to explain everything and give recommendations. Easy key retrieval and communication with the host . The room is clean and spacious with a dining area and an equiped kitchen with everything you would need . It is tastefully decorated and the bed is super comfortable. I&#39;ll definitely be back!
I would suggest putting up curtains to preserve privacy from the neighbours around. If not you have to have the shutters down with no natural light.

no cortains as it’s located in the floor level shower with fungus and mold rough towels and low heating but above all, the same level’s neighbours: the whole 2,5 days it reeked of marijuana or hashis, people came and went buying drugs and one of the tenants hit a girl and treated her very badly

Bed sheets and clean towels were included in the price, we weren&#39;t expecting it and it was a pleasant surprise!
Neighbours were noisy during the night but it was not the host&#39;s (or the apartment&#39;s) fault, we were just unlucky.

I like the proximity with the sea, just 1 minute. Good wifi qulity.
The neighbors are very noisy, there is the elevator just next the door, and lot of People passing. TV channels not working.

Fabulous location. Literally 2 minutes to the beach and a number of reasonable priced restaurants.
Very noisy neighbors. Woken up by loud arguments at 4am both mornings. I realize this is nothing to do with the apartment owner and totally out of their control but be aware you may not get a good night sleep.

Accustically not decoupled from corridor and neighbour. Little light: ground floor, windows only directly to inner court. Little water pressure in shower, traces from old mold. saw a few cockroaches (probably unavoidable in any appartment)

Everything was great! Apartment is located just near Les Catalans beach (Approximately 15 minutes walking to the city center). The owner was really nice and with good sense of humor 🙂 The place itself is not noisy, so we didn&#39;t have any problems during the stay. To sum up, we found this place the best one to stay in Marseilles.

Hacía mucho calor en la habitación y no tenía cortinas, por lo que o estabas con luz artificial o abrías las persianas y, al dar la habitación a un patio interior, estabas a expensas de cualquier vecino que le diese por &quot;observar&quot;.
