My parents stayed at this Apt for about 1 week and they feel very comfortable and homey. The owner also very kind and helpful. The communication with owner was very clear and he also responded in a short time. Location was very nice, close to the shopping mall. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We definitely will come back 😊👍🏼

The unit is in a very good condition, clean and have complete facilities. The main bedroom is in the building corner which has full window pane on 2 sides, giving it lots of natural light and great view. Very comfortable and recommended.

Will definitely come back again if we were to visit BSD. And it’s located near a shopping mall. I love that it has 2 bedroom with one sofa bed in the living room so it’s quite comfortable when you travel with kid and nanny. And thank you for a gallon of water prepared for us with a dispenser with hot and cold water 👍

Value for money ”
This 2 bedroom apartment is still new and clean. The equipment is quite complete. The location of the room is at the end (corner) so that it can get a wider and brighter view. It is quite suitable for families with 2 or 3 children and for busy business people. What was lacking for my family was that there were no ABC Australia TV channels. Bring your toiletries that's better and there was a small groceries shop and coffee shop at the Outside Lobby that help you have a breakfast and only 5 minutes walk to Living World Alam Sutera. Will back later !

I booked this apartment for two nights for two business associates from Medan. It is located at the end of a long corridor in an apartment building that is not yet fully occupied. Walking from the brightly lit lobby to the unit makes one feel like in a Sci-fi movie. Inside the apartment it is very comfortable (associates' comments). There is a cafe downstairs, but to get more choices for meals you would need to go to Living World, which is a 3 minutes drive away (need to go around following the one-way roads) or 15 minutes on foot.

Keren bgt apart nya, cukup besar jugaa tempatnya. Bersih dan bagus. Fasilitas juga sudah banyak yg di siapkan seperti handuk, sikat gigi, sabun dll. Di dapur juga ada beberapa peralatan yg bs digunakan untuk memasak sampe bumbu2 nya juga ada. dan tempat cuci piring (karna biasanya apart tdk menyediakan peralatan dapur) mantep bangetttt deh pkoknya. Berasa nginep sehari kurangggg. Thankyouuu
