My stay at 180 Anderson was not very memorable. I booked and stayed for 4 nights. The bed was comfortable, the room was satisfactory. The bed Linen and towels were clean and in good condition. The bath had a ring around it, not cleaned from the previous occupant. The in-bath shower head was a drip at most, luckily the tap had another hand shower connected. The soap holder was coming off the wall and the towel rail had broken at some point and half of it was stashed under the kitchen sink. The staff were decent upon arrival, when I asked for my room to be swept out after the 2nd night, I was told they only clean the room once I had checked out (Daily housekeeping advertised). I went directly to the cleaning lady and she tidied up for me (Good job Ivy). Overall the property lacked some maintenance and decent management. Currently the only reason to recommend the property is the price and location.

It was 10 out of 10, Exceptional Service, right in the heart of Pretoria, Good Value for money. I will use this hotel again the next time I'm in Pretoria. Brooklyn Mall is just a walking distance from the hotel. Thank I really appreciate your good service.

The room had a lot of ants in it. Some rooms don't have bathrooms which is something they don't mention on the website.
