This was our first trip to Cebu City. We didn't know what to expect but after reading the reviews about 1075 Dormitel, we expected WAY better than what we got The facility may have been much nicer pre-COVID but the condition now is like no one touched the place for 2 years and then immediately re-opened after COVID without checking all of the rooms. We had a family room which had a room with a queen bed, bathroom and shower, a common space shoe room/entry way that connected to another room with 4 beds (2 sets of bunk beds), a bathroom and a shower. The first room we got had ants on the first set of bunkbeds. We immediately called the front desk and told them and they initially said there were no other rooms. After refusing to stay in the room, they found another room just like it one floor up and put us there. Overall, the staff was nice after that initial incident. The rooms were NOT good. The sheets were clean but there were urine stains all over the toilets and stained corners in the bathrooms and showers. The water pressure in the master shower was so weak. It took showers twice as long as normal because it was hard to rinse off. The shower in the bunkbed room didn't even work so the four of us had to take turns in the master shower each day. The bathroom sink in the bunkbed room leaked under the cabinet if the water was on too long so we had to be careful about that. The dormitel is located down a side street and about a 15 minute walk from a smaller shopping area and some places to eat. Had we known the condition of the rooms beforehand, we would have stayed at Seda Ayala Center Cebu which is only a short walk to a large shopping mall with lots of restaurants.

Great Dormitel”
Prior to our stay at 10-75 we didn’t know what a dormitel was. It’s a combination of a hotel and also long term housing for college students. Our room was clean and quiet. The students we met were quiet, well behaved, and serious about their studies. No noise or other antics. The cafe was a great place for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent facilities and the room was very clean. It was well lit and the table were very handy. Everything was working well. Cabinets had locks and they provide you with keys. Staff was ok. And internet was super fast!
