Depends on your LUCK of which unit you getting. One of the worst experience :(”

Looks grand, happily checked in. After checked in, was looking for remote control for tv and it’s not in the property, contacted the person in charge she replied maybe the previous customers took it and without giving us solution. And she ask us to compromise to turn on the Tv manually. We tried to switch it on manually, and it’s not smart TV, nothing could be played on the monitor. Speechless! There are total 4 private units in the property. We were assigned to the unit in level 2. We requested for the WiFi password but none of us able to login and connect with the given password, and I try to connect the WiFi at Level 1, and found out the password given is actually belongs to level 1 WiFi but signal very weak. I told the person in charge regarding the wrong password given, but she told me both levels using same password, weird thing is, 10 of us keep trying to connect the WiFi at level 2 by the given password, it never able to connect. Here’s come the worst...all the water supply from all the pipes, hoses were dark brown color. Initially I was thinking it may take time for the precipitated to clear off, and I let the water drained for about 5 minutes, well, it’s still brown color!!! I immediately contacted the person in charge, only then she informed me the water tank for our unit facing some problem yesterday and hasn’t been fixed. I was like.. what the... why never inform us in advanced? We got no clean water to use. (She was then brought 4 bottles of 1.5 litre mineral water to us, and 2 huge bottles of 6L so called clean water for us in case we need to wash hands etc...) hello, 4 bottles of 1.5L water sufficient for 10 people to stay for a night? She said they are trying to fix the water tank, and the guard is manually fill in the water tank on the roof because the tank was out of water supply! Many of my friends were disappointed, and many of us try to hold ourselves by not going to toilet to pee or poo... it’s really suffering. And the person in charge
