We had a good stay at Citadines. Room was big with the extension of the kitchenette. Toilet was split between the bathroom and toilet which was a good plus point. Very comfortable stay. Do take note that there isn't a daily room cleaning which is not a problem for us. The wifi can be cranky at times. In addition, we arrived at night and drove past the hotel twice as the signae of Citadines was not lit up. Look for the hotel with gps and it shouldn't be an issue.

The biggest room in my 10 days journey in south France. The room is 12 square metre but that does not count the toilet （which I think 5-6 square metres）, so it is actually bigger than all the other rooms I booked for the 10 days journey although they claim 15 square metres. It equipped good facilities, including shampoo and gel from L'OCCITANE, which are better than some of the 4 star hotels I have stayed. Room is clean and quite. Location is also good. Also in this hotel you can use the Agoda Points you've earned. No negative points in my view.

This hotel is in an excellent location, only 5 minute walk to the vieux port where there are restaurants, shops everywhere and boats to take you to main attractions as well as buses. The staff spoke good English and were funny too! The room came with a desk and chair, a comfy bed, tv and air conditioning and a surprisingly biggish bathroom. You must leave your key at the desk when you leave and they didn't refresh our toilet paper roll... Only downfalls! It was convenient and cheap.

We stayed at this hotel only for one night at the end of our trip. The best thing is its location. All the sights are very very close to the hotel and it the biigest plus. We also liked the personel. The lady in the reception was ready to help us with any question. But there were some minuses as well. I am not sure it is a very safe plce thoug we did not face any trobles. The lockers are not of good quality and not new ones. The hotel is very simple - for our budget (as it was the last night in Marseille) - we travelled from Barcelona to Saint-Petersburg through Marseille. For those who like something luxirious this hotel will not match. It was an interesting experience to stay there.

We loved the location in general. It is close, in walking distance, to many places of interest and we felt safe going out even late at night. The two rooms we saw and used were small, but new and efficiently furnished, mattresses and sheets were really comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. We also liked the breakfast buffet and the ambience in the breakfast rooms and common areas. At the moment (May 2019) a lot of buildings in the neighborhood are being rehabilitated, including the buildings belonging to the hotel itself, so I expect the hotel and the area to be even more beautiful and vibrant once that is completed. Our main complaint is that we sometimes smelled cigarette smoke from people smoking in adjacent rooms.
